We don’t display our inventory because we are continuously recruiting new cardholders, and updating the list daily would cause unnecessary delays. However, we want to assure you that all our tradelines meet specific criteria. They have an age of 5 years or more and a limit of $6,500 or higher. Whether the tradeline has an age of 20 years or a limit of $30,000, the flat fee for our tradelines remains $300.

Once you are added to a tradeline, we will send you a confirmation email containing essential details such as the bank name, statement date, account limit, and the cardholder’s address. Our team adds names to the tradelines on a daily basis, and we strive to select a tradeline with the closest possible statement closing date for you and (from countless years of experience in the credit industry), a “tradeline” that will have the greatest impact on your score. Along with instructions on how to ensure it posts successfully.

To ensure efficient communication and maintain competitive prices, we kindly request that you refrain from calling us for tradeline orders and instead contact us via email. Please note that Wells Fargo, Chase, Discover, CitiBank, Navy Federal, and Barclays lines require a soft or hard pull with the provided address for successful posting. It is your responsibility to carry out the necessary soft or hard pull. If a hard pull is required, it means that an inquiry will be generated on your credit profile.

All tradelines will typically post within 2-14 days after the statement date. However, please be aware that this timeframe does not apply to US Bank tradelines, which generally post between the 1st and 2nd week of the following month.

If we request your ID, driver’s license, and Social Security Card, it is because certain banks now require additional information for verification purposes. Capital One, TD Bank, and US Bank are among the banks that ask for this information. Additionally, for American Express lines, the date when the authorized user (AU) was added will be shown instead of the account’s open date. In such cases, you will only receive the account limit and not the account age. However, if we add you to an Amex tradeline, we will include an additional tradeline as well, essentially giving you a “2 for 1” offer. This is done to compensate for cases where the limit on the Amex tradeline is less than $6,500. Please note that the limit on the Amex tradeline will contribute to the total balance of your credit profile not the age.

We guarantee that the AU tradeline will remain on your file for at least 30 days. While it may stay longer, 30 days is the minimum duration.

We cannot replace a tradeline if you have provided incorrect or misspelled information such as name, SSN, or date of birth. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check all the information you provide. We guarantee that your tradeline(s) will post on at least 2 out of 3 credit bureaus, or we will provide a replacement. Please note that certain factors affecting the posting on all 3 bureaus are beyond our control.

Tradelines post by matching the information you provide with the information on your credit file. When a tradeline successfully posts, it indicates that the information has matched. If a tradeline posts on one bureau but not the others, the issue lies with the information on your credit report, not with the tradeline itself. In such cases, we recommend seeking credit repair services, as this discrepancy indicates a lack of congruency among your three credit reports, which is beyond our control. We advise you to check your credit report after the 10th day. To process refunds, we require a working login to a credit monitoring website that provides access to all three credit bureaus. CreditKarma.com logins are not accepted.

If an authorized user (AU) tradeline does not post, kindly email us at nonposting@ratedesoteric.com with the subject line “Non-Posting” within the 3 to 4-week window following the posting. Please ensure that you wait for approximately 10 to 14 days and regularly check your credit report during this time to allow sufficient time for the AU to appear. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the non-posting issue within this timeframe.

However, if you request an investigation for a non-posting AU more than 4 weeks after the statement date, we regret that we cannot issue a credit, as it is beyond the posting window for us to effectively address the issue through a soft pull/address merge.

Please note that we have discontinued offering replacements if a tradeline posts as “terminated.” Although it may still provide a boost to your credit scores, we will not be able to process a refund in such cases. This only occurs when someone doesn’t fully tri-merge their CPNs “Credit Profile Numbers”

We cannot guarantee specific score increases or scores for blank credit files. Our guarantee is limited to posting on at least 2 out of 3 credit bureaus. It is crucial that you provide accurate and correct information that matches your credit report. Any non-posting tradelines due to inaccurate or incomplete information will not be eligible for replacements.

All sales are final! This policy applies to both CPN and real credit profiles.
